Latest Maple Del Status
Posted on Oct 29th, 2025

March 2024: a new development was proposed for the vacant Maple Del property located east of Charleston Crossing along 116th Street.

The project consists of 52 townhomes valued at approximately $550,000 each, along with 8 single-family homes (previously 10) valued near $750,000 each.  The single-family homes and a large retention pond will abut properties along Charleston Parkway.  There are also two dog parks included in the plan.

July 9, 2024: The proposal was approved by the Redevelopment Commission.

March 5, 2025: The plat was approved with a provision that any outstanding engineering items (ie: sewer, stormwater) be addressed.

March 18, 2025: Land clearing began with construction expected to start in summer 2025.

October 2025:  Existing concrete and asphalt removed and grading of the land began.  Fishers Board of Public Works approved sewer connection with Townhomes at Fishers Pointe on 10/28/25 so project can move forward. The developer also released renderings of the various condos planned within the community.
