Maple Del Update

A new development was proposed for the vacant Maple Del property in March 2024.
The plan includes a total of 56 townhomes, with 15 running along 116th Street. All would be 3-story units and sell for approximately $550,000. A revised plan now includes 8 single-family homes (previously 10) that would abut properties along Charleston Parkway and be valued near $750,000 each. The plan also includes a large retention pond and 2 dog parks.
The proposal was approved by the Redevelopment Commission on July 9, 2024 and main construction will likely start in the spring of 2025.
The public hearing regarding plat approval has been postponed (for the third time) until March 5th, at 4pm located at the Fishers Municipal Center Theater. Check back before March 5th to see if it gets postponed again.
