The HOA board recently approved several projects which were completed in the past few weeks.
Pond Fountains - New fountains were installed April 18th in the ponds at the neighborhood entrance. Charleston Crossing received a grant from the city to help fund the cost. Full story
Park Shed - The shed was in bad shape with rotten siding and doors that did not shut correctly. The siding and doors have been replaced. Painting will happen soon.
Park Faucets - There were 2 old faucets located in the park which were non-functional and were tripping hazards for kids playing. Those faucets have been removed.
Playground Mulch - Much of the mulch in the playground area had decomposed and was becoming muddy. Our contracted landscaping company "The Crew" recently added 7 inches of mulch to the area.
Tree Removal - There were 3 dead/dying trees in the common area west of the neighborhood entrance. One of the trees was very large on a hill overlooking 116th and could possibly fall on the street if not taken down. The trees were removed on May 10th.
