Maple Del Status

The land acquisition agreements for the proposed Maple Del project expired on Sept 1, 2022, which means the City of Fishers is now obligated to purchase the property. The City is currently working through the agreement terms and hopes to bring a final resolution to the Redevelopment Commission in the next couple of weeks.
