Maple Del Update
Posted on Feb 17th, 2021
The project is designed to be market-rate apartments targeting millennials and empty nesters consisting of a variety of one, two, and three bedroom unit styles.
In the updated plan, building positions along the southern edge of the property have been altered, meaning there will not be a roadway running directly behind many of the back yards along Charleston Parkway.
The 116th/Holland Drive stoplight will become a four-way intersection with modified traffic signal timing intended to make exiting our neighborhood easier.
Construction is set to begin this summer and conclude in spring 2023 with the total number of units remaining at 190. The project will provide 371 total parking spaces with 171 internal and 200 external. Total estimated investment is $36.2 million.
The plan goes before the Nickel Plate Review Committee February 24th. If you have questions or concerns, the point of contact with developer JC Hart is Todd May.

We were happy to see the many inquiries and suggestions in the updated plans. The residents whose back yards abut the Maple Del development provided great insight and were thoughtfully incorporated.
