Sewer Billing Changes

Beginning with sewer bills due in February, online accounts with the former payment processor (Invoice Cloud) are no longer active.
To manage and pay sewer bills online, customers must enroll in the new Fishers Utilities payment system. Visit www.fishers.in.us/utilitypay to set up an online account. This will be the same payment system used to pay annual stormwater bills.
If currently enrolled in auto pay or bill pay through a financial institution, you must cancel future payments and re-enroll to prevent any delays in your payments. Auto pay and bill pay options are available with Fishers Utilities new payment system through an online account.
