Browning Investments and Dora Hotel Company recently unveiled renderings of the Hotel Nickel Plate.  The previously announced project will bring a 5-story, 116-room high-end, boutique hotel to downtown Fishers and is set to break ground this fall.  It will feature a full-service restaurant and bar on the first floor with access to the Nickel Plate Trail.
