Construction of the Nickel Plate Trail tunnel has begun and 116th Street is fully closed just east of Municipal Drive.  The closure is expected to last 60 days until early August.  Access to local businesses is open but thru traffic between Hague Rd and Lantern Rd has been detoured to 106th Street.  Temporary stop lights have been set up on Lantern Rd at North and South Streets to help with traffic flow during this time.
