The City has required Howard Companies to return to disturbed restoration areas in the Charleston Crossing neighborhood to fix existing issues. All areas have been reseeded and re-strawed where concrete work took place. This added seed along with frequent watering should restore the ground back to normal. As a reminder, it is the responsibility of the adjacent homeowner to ensure proper watering of these areas for the seed to properly germinate.
