Architectural Requests (ARC)
After reviewing the Architectural Guidelines, please complete and submit an Architectural Request Form for any major property modification including:
- Fences
- Decks/Patios
- Screened Porches
- Room Additions
- Storage Sheds
- Pools
Permits must be obtained from the City of Fishers.
