Maple Del Update

Update May 2026:
The project has been delayed and a different builder has been selected. David Weekley Homes went before the Nickel Plate Review Committee on May 5th with new designs for the alley-load units, which will sit along 116th Street. The committee approved the designs and the builder will return before the committee with the front-load and single family unit designs at a later date. Construction should begin this summer.


March 2024: A new development was proposed for the vacant Maple Del property located east of Charleston Crossing along 116th Street.
The project consists of 52 townhomes valued at approximately $550,000 each, along with 8 single-family homes (previously 10) valued near $750,000 each. The single-family homes and a large retention pond will abut properties along Charleston Parkway. There are also two dog parks included in the plan.
July 9, 2024: The proposal was approved by the Redevelopment Commission.
March 5, 2025: The plat was approved with a provision that any outstanding engineering items (ie: sewer, stormwater) be addressed.
March 18, 2025: Land clearing began with construction expected to start in summer 2025.
October 2025: Existing concrete and asphalt removed and grading of the land began. Fishers Board of Public Works approved sewer connection with Townhomes at Fishers Pointe on 10/28/25 so project can move forward. The developer also released renderings of the various condos planned within the community.
